A preservation edition · Original recording available
Original coverage: David Rhinehart. May 25, 2013. Preservation edition: Geekenstein Editorial, October 5, 2026.
David Rhinehart’s May 2013 post introduced Geekenstein’s PAX session of Cards Against Humanity with Dan Amrich and Katrin Auch. The session used the newly released third expansion and PAX-exclusive packs. The original GeekensteinLive recording remains available.
The surviving PAX recording
The upload runs 1 hour, 41 minutes and 1 second. Both the recovered introduction and the uploader acknowledge technical problems; the video description mentions cuts and missing parts. This edition preserves the released recording as it exists. It does not claim to recover unrecorded rounds, repair missing footage or identify every card played.

Identify the pack before extending a collection
For a separate present-day collecting exercise, read KLXCards’ PAX-pack and edition-record guide. It distinguishes event-pack evidence, physical contents and signature provenance. The publisher’s Geek Pack description confirms a PAX connection, without proving that every convention pack has the same contents.
Historical source and restoration notes
The Common Crawl capture 20150902082937 contains the original introduction or written article. Capture time is not publication time. This edition paraphrases the source with attribution. The exact original video ID was recovered and its public GeekensteinLive watch page verified. The externally hosted recording is not downloaded or reuploaded. Its availability remains a YouTube dependency.
